Turini offers a difference from the cold angular lines and technical nature of usual public seating. Turini’s beauty not only comes from the surface, its simple elegant design combines form and function. The deep scoop shape characterises Turini’s unique design, while providing a comfortable fit to our body shape. A polished aluminium rim around its elliptical opening lends a premium detail, while providing robust strength for heavy public use.

2 Base Options:

Choose a beam base for linked seating in high-density and high-traffic waiting areas.

Opt for a Trumpet base with an auto-return column for a design statement in more private, 1st class lounges.

2 Types of Seating Surface:

Select upholstered padding in Fabric, Leather, or Vinyl, or go for color polymer shells in various colors for resistance to soiling and staining.

Seat and back shells are separate, allowing for a mix-and-match of different seat, back materials, and colors.

Specification

Backrest

In the standard basic line, only the seat, backrest, and armrest panels are upholstered in fabric or synthetic covering. For the optional premium line, the back-shell's rear is wrapped in leather, in addition to leather upholstery.

Seat

The seat padding is molded from polyurethane foam, while the backrest, headrest, and armrests use dual-layer, dual-density foams. The seat, backrest, headrest, and armrest shells are molded in black recyclable polypropylene.

Base

The standard 70cm diameter five-point base (V) in black polyamide (nylon) comes as standard. An optional diecast aluminum version of the same design (VP) in a polished finish is available. Both options include twin-wheel hooded castors in black polyamide (nylon).

Mechanism

All swivel chair models feature a four-point synchronized recline mechanism with gas seat height control, recline-tension adjustment, and stepless recline lock.
